1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "pelung88", "platform", "we" or "website" refers to pelung88 and all its services accessible via https://pelung88.net. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses pelung88 services.

"Account" means the personal account registered by a user for the purpose of accessing games and services on the platform. "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a user's account at any given time. "Bonus" means any additional monetary value, free credits or other benefits granted by pelung88 to a user subject to specific conditions.

"Fraudulent Activity" refers to any action intended to deceive, exploit or obtain an unlawful benefit from the platform, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, game manipulation or misuse of the bonus system.

2 Registration Eligibility and Identity Verification

To complete registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information including their full name as per their identity card, a valid MyKad number, an active email address and a reachable mobile phone number. pelung88 reserves the right to request copies of identity verification documents at any time.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account. Users found to hold more than one account will face closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any related balances and bonuses without compensation.

• Registration using false information or another person's information is prohibited.
• Transferring, selling or renting an account to another party is strictly prohibited.
• Users must ensure their account information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
• Any changes to personal information require additional verification through customer support.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

pelung88 supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details they provide are accurate and belong to them. pelung88 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the user.

For anti-money laundering purposes, pelung88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request deemed to require investigation. During the investigation period, withdrawal processing will be put on hold until verification is complete. All deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources.

• Depositing via a different method from the one used for withdrawal may require additional verification.
• Users are advised not to disclose their banking information to third parties.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses offered by pelung88 are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be approved. Understanding these requirements clearly is the user's responsibility before accepting any bonus.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. pelung88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or attempts to meet wagering requirements using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent those requirements, such as placing bets on both sides of a table at nearly equal values.

The pelung88 VIP programme offers weekly cashback benefits to active members. Bronze members are eligible for cashback of up to 0.2% per week, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, while Diamond members are eligible for cashback of up to 0.8% weekly. Tier upgrade eligibility is based on consistent gaming activity levels.

5 Game Rules and Outcomes

All games on the pelung88 platform operate using an audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.

In situations where a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, such as an internet disconnection or server failure, pelung88 will use data stored in the system to determine the game status. If the data is insufficient for an accurate determination, the related bet will be cancelled and the funds returned to the user's account.

• A game that has started cannot be cancelled once the first card or first spin has been displayed.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection while playing.
• Any disputed outcome must be brought to the attention of pelung88 customer support within 72 hours.
• pelung88 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through means that violate the rules of play.

6 User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree to use the pelung88 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for commercial purposes, transferring value to third parties without authorisation, or any activity that violates the law is strictly prohibited.

Users are not permitted to post, upload or share any content that is offensive, threatening, pornographic or that infringes the copyright of any party through the communication channels provided by pelung88. Misuse of communication channels may result in account suspension.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting pelung88 customer support. Before account closure is processed, any valid cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their preferred payment method.

pelung88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated any of the terms set out in this document, including but not limited to fraud, use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse.

• In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, pelung88 reserves the right to withhold any balance until the internal investigation is completed.
• Decisions to close an account made on grounds of security or fraud are final.
• Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal within 14 days from the date of closure.

8 pelung88 Limitation of Liability

pelung88 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical failures or unauthorised third-party access to a user's account.

The pelung88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pelung88 makes no warranty that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted, although best efforts are continuously made to maintain system stability.

9 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

pelung88 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. Any amendments made will take effect immediately upon publication on the official website.

Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the pelung88 platform after any amendment is published is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

For amendments that are material and significantly affect user rights, pelung88 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where pelung88 holds its international licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute is raised in writing, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the international arbitration rules set by the relevant licensing authority.

The Malay language version of this document is the official version applicable to Malaysian users. Should there be any inconsistency between the Malay version and any other language version, the Malay version takes precedence in matters relating to Malaysian users.
