In-Play Betting and
Cash Out Feature
In-play or live betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds move according to how the game develops — after a goal, red card, or injury, the market is briefly suspended before reopening with new odds. This is what makes live betting more dynamic than pre-match betting.
Cash Out lets you settle a bet early at a value that reflects the current odds — either in full or partially. Players typically use Cash Out when their chosen team is leading but the match still has a long way to go.
Cash Out is available on various markets on the pelung88 platform — check availability details directly on the sports page when logged in.
Popular Live Betting Markets
Handicap odds are updated every minute based on the score and game momentum. Team A or Team B can switch favourite status at any time.
Bet on the total number of goals in the first half only — this market closes again when the half-time whistle blows.
Predict whether Team A or Team B will score the next goal. Odds change according to the attacking pressure observed.
The corners market is popular for low-scoring matches — can be bet on for the full match or per half.
For badminton fans, individual set winner and over/under total points per set markets are available during matches.
3 Practical Tips: (1) Watch the match live before placing in-play bets — live statistics are more reliable. (2) Use Cash Out when you are already at a satisfactory profit and the match becomes unpredictable. (3) Set a daily limit before playing so betting stays as entertainment.
Crypto Payments
Easy Deposits via
Cryptocurrency
pelung88 accepts deposits in three major cryptocurrencies. Crypto transactions are generally processed faster than conventional bank transfers as they do not require traditional financial intermediaries. The minimum deposit is RM20 (fiat equivalent value) and withdrawals are typically completed in under 1 hour.
The most popular stablecoin among Asian players. The value of USDT is pegged to USD, reducing price volatility risk. Blockchain transactions are processed at a lower network cost compared to conventional methods.
The earliest and most recognised cryptocurrency in the world. Depositing BTC to pelung88 makes use of the blockchain network security that has proven solid for over a decade, suitable for players who prioritise privacy.
The Ethereum network offers smart contracts that ensure transactions are processed automatically and transparently. A good option for players already familiar with the DeFi or NFT ecosystem.
Game Variety
Game Studio Categories
on a Modern Platform
Modern online casinos partner with various categories of game studios to ensure a wide selection for players from different backgrounds and preferences.
Premium Slot Studios
Companies that produce video slots with cinematic graphics and innovative mechanics such as Megaways, cluster pays, and bonus buy features popular with players worldwide.
Live Dealer Studios
Operators that stream professional dealers live from licensed studios in Eastern Europe and Asia for authentic baccarat, blackjack, roulette and sic bo.
Asia-Themed Studios
Providers that specialise in Asia-themed slots, fishing games, and culturally relevant titles — very popular among Southeast Asian players.
Crash & Instant Game Studios
Newer providers offering fast-round games with provably fair mechanics — suitable for players who prefer short, straightforward sessions.
Myths vs Facts
Common Beliefs
That Need Clearing Up
There are many misconceptions about how online gambling works. Let us address them one by one.
"A slot that has not paid out in a long time is due to win soon — it is overdue."
Every slot spin uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is completely independent of previous spins. The machine has no memory — there is no such thing as being overdue.
"After a losing streak, a big win is bound to come soon."
This is called the Gambler's Fallacy. Every spin is an independent event. Past results do not influence future results in games that use RNG.
"There is a guaranteed winning system for baccarat — just follow the patterns."
No betting system can overcome the house edge in the long run. Patterns that appear in past results are purely coincidental, not indicators of future outcomes.
"Depositing more money increases my chances of winning."
Deposit size does not affect RTP or game outcomes. A larger deposit simply means you are betting with more money — the house edge remains the same regardless of the amount.
"Playing at a certain time of day increases a slot's RTP."
Slot RTP is set by the game provider and does not change according to the time of day or day of the week. Licensed platforms cannot alter RTP arbitrarily.
"The longer I play at one casino, the better the odds given to me."
The house edge is fixed for each game and does not change based on a player's history. VIP programmes provide cashback and rewards, but they do not change the odds of the game itself.
